Calculator inputs. Aggregate answers to the six calculator questions (revenue band, product category, etc.). No customer records.

Contact information. Your email address and (optionally) company name when you request an audit or contact us.

Audit data. The three exports you upload for a paid audit (orders, flow setup, flow performance). Customer identifiers are pseudonymized on ingest.

We use this data solely to deliver the service you requested — calculator estimates, audit reports, and follow-up communication about your engagement.

Audit data is deleted after report delivery and once the acceptance window closes. Contact records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory German retention periods (§ 147 AO / § 257 HGB).

Calculator hosting: Perspective (Perspective Software GmbH, Germany).
Email delivery: our email service provider, used only to reply to you and deliver your report.
No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookie banners.
