I've spent 11+ years in conversion optimization and e-commerce email across European brands. Built and ran email programs for supplement companies, coffee roasters, cosmetics labels, pet food shops. After the tenth audit I saw the same pattern everywhere: flows firing on calendars, customers buying in cycles, and nobody measuring the gap between them.
